Reunion only offers real estate investment solutions that produce results for clients. Reunion provides wholesale acquisition and management services to ensure that your returns stay steady and that you achieve your investment goals.

Annual Membership

How It Works- Without a membership, you are required to pay Reunion an assignment and holding fee for each investment property you purchase. Reunion offers four types of annual memberships that allow you to pay a one-time membership fee at a discounted rate in order to reduce fees for more active investors.

Standard Service Fees

  • $1,000 holding fee - $500 is earnest money refundable at closing

  • $6,500 assignment fee for the properties

  • $3,000 construction management fee

  • $250 per hour for consulting

MILITARY RENTAL PROGRAM

Single & Multi-Family

Our military rental program combined with our full-service approach allows clients to secure their investments in military markets like Wichita Falls TX without fear of over appreciation. Our work with the military enables us to provide mid-tier luxury homes to the men and women who keep our country safe, in exchange for military back rents.

Program Details

Reunion Investments holds a forty-five-year contract with the government to provide housing for military members through the BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing) program. (BAH) provides uniformed Service members safe, clean, affordable housing compensation based on housing costs in local civilian housing markets within the United States when government quarters are not provided.

Investor Process  

Our team will work with you one on one to select a property/properties from our inventory that best fits your needs. Once a property has been selected the rehab process will begin and depending on the size of the project, your property should be finished within three to four months, this timeline can vary. You will receive an update three weeks in advance in regards to when your military renter is ready to move in. After your renter has moved in you will begin collecting rental income, paid by the federal government.  

Commercial Development 

We have a variety of options for investors interested in commercial development, ranging from large downtown revitalization projects to smaller retail, restaurant, and office space projects. Reunion conducts intensive market research on our client's behalves to identify commercial development opportunities where the highest possibility for client success exists.
